Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to take Course 1 before Course 2?
No. Both courses are inside your Signature membership and you can start with whichever fits where you are. Most members start with Course 1 to get their finances and credit in order, then move into Course 2 when they're 12-24 months out from buying.
If you're already debt-free and credit-ready, skip straight to Course 2.
Is this just for California and Arizona buyers?
The credit prep, affordability math, loan program education, and pre-approval coaching apply to buyers anywhere. The Down Payment Assistance navigator and the agent directory are most detailed for California and Arizona — that's where our brokerage operates and where we can provide buyer representation.
If you're outside CA or AZ, the course content still applies; we'll connect you with referrals to vetted agents we trust in your market when you're ready to buy.
Is buyer representation really included?
When you're ready to buy and you've completed the course, we'll connect you with a vetted real estate professional in your home state which is part of your Signature membership. They will coordinate your search, write your offers, negotiate, and walk you through closing.
We provide you with lender resources across the US. We don't take referral fees on mortgages — RESPA prohibits it — and we don't take referral fees from real estate agents either. The intro is free.
What if my credit is below 580?
Module 2 covers the 90-day credit prep playbook that most members use to move from 580-620 into 620-720 range over 3-6 months. We also teach DIY credit dispute (covered in Course 1) so you don't have to pay a credit repair company hundreds of dollars a month.
If your credit is below 580 due to collections, charge-offs, or recent bankruptcy, we'll work with you on the realistic timeline. Most members in this range are home-ready in 12-18 months.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle.
Are new modules or resources added regularly?
Yes. Loan limits, DPA programs, and rate environments change every year. We update the course annually each January with current numbers, new programs, and updated examples. Members get all updates automatically.
